Synchronous BA is also a donor to the Game Change Fund which is aligned to the ANU’s Institute for Climate, Energy and Disaster Solutions and provides scholarships for students undertaking a PhD related to climate change.

Canberra projects
Hotel project consists of a multiple plant rooms plant upgrades, upgrades to the Trend BMS controls Building management system with a local customer user interface
Controls designation for the project included an upgraded Trend BMS controls system
Tafe Sydney service and projects ongoing consists of a multiple buildings learning facilities with Building Management Systems designed and delivered in house for the chiller and boiler plants with local fan coil units or AC units to each building
Controls designation for the ongoing service and projects include Trend BMS controls latest IQ4 series hardware and IQ Vision /Niagara headend software with a full graphical user interface
Leichhardt College, consisted of multiple buildings (separated) project with main chiller plant, administration offices, main assembly hall, library, seven art rooms and twenty five teaching classrooms. The existing analog controls serving all air handling the air conditioning systems have been replaced with latest Trend IQ4 series hardware. a new network was also installed between all buildings to connect to the new IQ Vision headend. The base build and fit outs for Wish project are a VRF heat recovery system with multiple units throughout the floor all controlled and monitored via the Building Management System.
Controls designation for the project included a complete Trend BMS controls with a IQ Vision / Niagara full graphical interface
Five levels of Amazon floors consisted of part demolition of the existing HVAC system with reconfigured network infrastructure to take its place these upgrade were delivered in such a way as to accommodate the occupied building whilst maintaining the required conditions of the building
Controls for the project consisted of TREND BMS controls inline with the existing install with additions made to the existing IQ Vision BMS graphics to accommodate the additions throughout the building

Stromlo consisted of a multiple plant room, HVAC install with an in house designed network infrastructure and Building management system with a local customer user interface and Cloud solutions
Controls designation for the project included a Priva Blue ID controls system.
Stromlo Leisure Centre – A state-of-the-art aquatic leisure centre, built by Kane Constructions and designed by Cox Architecture, is an award winning project (Master Builders ACT Excellence Awards 2021 – Commercial Project between $20M – $50M). This leisure centre stands out with its feature Glulam timber beams, stunning views across Canberra and user-comfort focused technologies.
Goodwin Farrer project consisted of a multiple building aged care facility with Building Management System designed and delivered in house for the chiller and boiler plants with local fan coil units or AC units to each room or apartment with building E accompanied by essential services for stairwell pressurisation to allow emergency egress
Controls designation for the project included a Distech Controls Eclypse series BMS with a full graphical user interface
Wish, consisted of a multiple building project with townhouses, retail and and commercial office space with 3 buildings including car park ventilation , The base build and fit outs for Wish project are a VRF heat recovery system with multiple units throughout the floor all controlled and monitored via the Building Management System

Trend systems minimise energy consumption and maintain consistently comfortable building occupancy conditions through close control and monitoring of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and other building services. Synchronous BA can use the real time or reported energy data for the ongoing management of your building or estate.
Synchronous BA use Priva systems in both horticultural and building automation projects. In horticultural operation Priva’s integrated solution provides greater efficiency per square meter with less energy consumption and a maximum reuse of water. In the built environment, a Priva system can create a comfortable living environment that make people feel better and that use significantly less energy.
Via our product partners Trend, Distech and EasyIO we have access to Tridium's Niagara Framework. A number of our staff are Tridum TCP and Advanced certified and Synchronous BA can use this open source software for the development of a user interface to manage and monitor data storage, trend logging, alarm handling, reporting and analytics.
